This impromptu dance at a bus stop in England is so too precious. It reminds me of my undergrad days at UC Berkeley, when I didn’t have a car. Music and an occasional dancing [blushing in embarrassment] made the wait for bus after bus more bearable.

Exactly three years ago, I met my soul mate. Since then we have explored France together, adopted the sweetest dog–he seriously is, and bought our first home. I am grateful for everyday that we have together. I look forward to celebrating many more anniversaries.
I found this card, and I think it sums up my thoughts pretty well (not to mention the accurate depictions of our style contrasts). Inside the card, the message is: “We may have different tastes, but we’ll always be a perfect pair. I love that…and I love you. Happy Anniversary.” I love you sweetie.
I have yet to own my first leather jacket. If I ever find one just as gorgeous as the one above, then I may have to break the bank to get it. That outfit is perfect for a day date, don’t you think?
I went sky diving a few years ago in Monterey, despite my major fear of heights. After I got over my heart-beating-outside-of-my-chest anxiety, I was able to enjoy the crazy gorgeous aerial view of the bay. My only complaint was that the moment was too brief. Hence a slow, leisure ride on a hot air balloon looks very appealing. Especially with a picture like the one above, how can anyone pass it up?
Maybe because it’s spring, but I’ve been a little obsessed with all things watercolor. I am particularly loving these walls splashed with different colors softly dancing together by black crow studios. Wouldn’t that be the coolest accent wall ever, especially if you’re like me who is indecisive and can’t choose just one color!

I seriously can’t start my birthday without a mani + pedi. Bright and perfectly polished nails just make my day that much more lovely.
The beach near the Cliff house never disappoints. I can’t get enough of the ocean.
Flour + water also blew us away. The Spring Pasta Tasting menu was truly divine; my favorite are the ruttabaga capelletti and hedgehog mushrooms.
From the cupcakes, chocolate, ice cream, macaroons, to the red velvet birthday cake, I ate a year’s supply worth of sweets. So yeah, it was a great way to embrace another year of growth.
I know my birthday isn’t until tomorrow, but these chocolate macaroons from Richart look soooo delicious. They almost look too cute to eat. Don’t mind me if I don’t share! Tomorrow, Cliff and I are going to San Francisco sans Juno to celebrate my birthday. I am looking forward to finally trying flour + water and see what all the rave is about.
